2010 Nursery Spring Opening
We are raring to get going this spring. It has been a challenging winter. Temperatures to a low 5-7degrees---you will see again this year problems with Phormium, hebe, ceonothus and some marginals for our area. On a personal note to all of my gardening friends--I made it out of the intensive care floor at St Pete's in December with a real life/death story to tell. 2 blood clots in my left leg and 2 in my main pulmanary arteries--I'm lucky to be still gardening. YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! As always we will have things here to titlate you and new gardens to explore. Late last season we revamped a large area we deemed the Japanese Maple demo area... WE also added a 12th water feature and an alpine garden and fragrance gardens. WE are renovating other areas too---bring a friend out with you shopping who's not been here and we will give you a free plant of our choosing!! So, dawn those garden boots and get a marching out to Plantasia. Amazing my Rosemary looks great this season compared to last year!! Go figure.
