Pruning time:
Time to begin pruning out broken,
dead, crossed and diseased branches on your trees and shrubs.
Shear back 1/3 to 1/2 on summer
flowering Spirea & Weigelia. Cut back tall/short deciduous
ornamental grasses.
Lilac & Camellia you are too late to
prune as you will lose bloom. Prune these immediately after bloom.
Wait until mid-March to do butterfly
bush, lavender, and hydrangea.
